The Trachospray is easy to use and easy to teach. 
There is no need for targetting the spray nozzle towards the mucosa areas to be anesthetized. As the patient inhales slowly and steadily, the soft mist spray evenly covers the oropharyngeal mucosa, up until the vocal cords.
